Team Juggernauts is a Southeastern Ohio based airsoft team with the majority of players from Logan, Ohio. Team Juggernauts is comprised of 15 members and continuously seeks out new members to join the crew! Juggernauts are put through rigorous training to constantly test themselves through practice and hard work. Juggernauts must remain calm in all chaotic situations and always be prepared to "think on their feet." Team Juggernauts focuses on training through tactical airsoft battles in woodland and urban areas to learn to work as a team, utilizing every member's own specific talents and weaponry. Other Ohio-based teams are welcome to join in on practices and games as long as a few guidelines are followed. Because of Team Juggernaut's growing size, we will be implementing a new standard of organization and techniques in and out of gameplay. One squad leader trying to keep track and keep updated 15+ members is hectic, and because of this the team will be using a hierachy based rank of powers. Although no single player is better than another, specific players must be given more responsbilities/power than others in order to promote effective communication both inside and outside of events, as well as to aid in keeping everyone involved and informed. Team Juggernauts will be dividing its larger squad into smaller, more effective squads during events and practices. The squads will range between 4-6 players per squad. The number of squads will only continue to grow and change as the team grows and changes. Without further ado, here are the squads and their members!
