Sniping with a VSR G-Spec. Check out the
overkill at the end.
A great drill to run with a friend (preferrably your spotter). Make sure to practice in both the sniper and spotter roles. Increases: Ability to blend in with surroundings, ability to spot hidden players, and ability to follow the sound of a shot.
A great game to practice your sniping skills if you have the appropriate land and gear!
"Take 10 shots in 60 mins or less. With a maximum score of 20 for all 10 bulls and remaining unseen; this is a tough game. Lose 1 point for each time you are spotted between shots. The spotter cannot be shot and is also allowed to fire his weapon at you.
Camouflaging your gun: A great, simple method to disguise your gun. The paint can be picked up at most hardware and super-stores. Make sure to purchase extra-flat Krylon spray paint!
The sniper's video guide. WARNING: contains some language that may not be suitable for those of a young age. In no way does TASS endorse the use of such language. (in fact, we discourage it)
Eight snipers vs. 60! The 60 must follow a set trail, and when a sniper is shot, he must move back 50 meters from place of death. Expect to see Dragunovs, M700s, L96s and more!
Sniper using a Tokyo Marui VSR-10 G-Spec. Notice how even though he's a sniper, he's still primarily in control of his squad, often calling out orders and directing his teammates on what to do.
